Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of the Weekdays Off website and app at weekdaysoff.com, and the Weekdays Off Discord server and bot. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
You need to be at least 13 to use Weekdays Off. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since that's how you sign in. Give us an email address you control, and don't share an account or make accounts to get around limits.
Using Weekdays Off
Free accounts can export a limited number of videos each day, as shown in the app. We may change features and limits, add paid plans, or stop offering parts of the service. If paid plans are added, their price and terms will be shown before you pay.
Your content
You own the music, images, video and projects you bring to Weekdays Off and the videos you make with it. You can use your exported videos however you like, including commercially. We don't claim any rights to them.
When you save a project to your account, you let us store it so we can show it back to you. When you post work in our Discord server, you let us show it there. We'll only feature your work elsewhere, such as our website or social media, if you agree to it first.
Only use music and media you have the right to use. You're responsible for the content you add and for getting any licences it needs.
What you can't do
- break the law or infringe someone else's copyright or other rights
- harass, threaten or abuse people, or post hateful, sexual or violent content in our community spaces
- spam, scam, phish or post malware
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or get around the limits or security of the service or the bot
- use bots or scripts to create accounts or export videos in bulk
Discord server and bot
The Weekdays Off Discord server has its own rules, posted in #rules, and you must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. WeekdaysOffBot helps our moderators by logging member and moderation events and automatically undoing unauthorised changes to staff roles and server settings. Moderators may remove posts, time out, kick or ban members who break the rules.
Bug reports, feature requests and other feedback you share are welcome, and we may use them to improve Weekdays Off without owing you anything for them.
Ending your use
You can stop using Weekdays Off and delete your account at any time from the Account page. We may suspend or close accounts, or remove people from the Discord server, if they break these terms or put the service or other people at risk.
No warranty
Weekdays Off is provided as is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free, or work on every device or browser, or that saved projects will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Weekdays Off isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost data or lost profits, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before it, or US$50 if you haven't paid anything. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll post in #announcements or tell you when you sign in. If you keep using Weekdays Off after a change, the new terms apply.
